Understand the ask before you answer it.
Buyer security questionnaires use formal language for controls your team may already have — or may not. Vauntico helps you understand the question first, then shows what evidence would normally support the answer.
Question → Response → Evidence → Boundary
The output is a reviewable response structure, with the evidence boundary kept visible.
STEP 01 · PASTE
Paste the exact wording
One question is enough. Add up to five if you want to compare them. The free checker processes the wording in your browser.
STEP 02 · UNDERSTAND
Understand what the buyer is asking
For example: “Do you enforce MFA for all production access?” means the buyer wants to know whether MFA is required for everyone who can access production systems. Recognized security terminology may receive a plain-language explanation.
STEP 03 · EVIDENCE
See what would normally prove it
For the MFA example, likely evidence includes a policy or documented procedure, configuration or access-control evidence, and dated operating records. Broad wording such as “all” requires a precise scope.
STEP 04 · NEXT STEP
Decide what to do next
Human decision states might be: We have this evidence; We need to locate it; We do not currently have it. The free checker does not determine which state is true automatically.
What the free checker does not do
It produces wording-based evidence guidance. It does not turn that guidance into a company claim.
- Does not verify that a control exists
- Does not inspect your systems
- Does not inspect your evidence
- Does not answer on behalf of your company
- Is not an audit
- Is not certification
- Is not buyer approval
When the question is clear but the evidence isn't
The free checker explains what would prove the claim. Diligence Rescue asks whether you actually have that proof.
Diligence Rescue works on one real buyer request and your actual evidence. It is founder-reviewed manual work, with fit confirmed before payment.
